The strategy platform

A self service strategy platform on a twelve month subscription, for the people who want to own and update the strategy themselves instead of calling a consultant every time something changes. Your Stress Test report lives in it, alongside templates, guidance and benchmarks. It is AI driven and personalises itself from what you put in. Feed in a change, in the market, in your numbers, in your customers, and it answers back instantly from your own data and goals, with the actions to implement.

Access is included while the Stress Test runs. The subscription is what you buy if you want to keep working in it afterwards.

The problem it solves

Strategy work has a short half life, and not because the thinking was wrong. It decays because it lives in a slide deck. Six weeks after the workshop the deck is in a folder, the ICP has changed, two of the assumptions no longer hold, and updating any of it means booking time with whoever wrote it.

So most companies do not update it. They keep operating against a version of the strategy that was true in March, and the gap widens quietly until the next expensive project to close it.

The platform exists so that updating the strategy is something you do on a Tuesday rather than something you commission.

A strategy you keep, not a plan you finish

You can no longer write a strategy for where you will be in three years and expect it to hold. Too much moves. Pricing shifts, a competitor redraws the category, a segment that converted last quarter goes quiet. A plan fixed to a moment is out of date the moment that moment passes.

So the unit of work is not the plan, it is the update. The platform is built around living strategy documents. You feed in what you are learning, from won and lost deals, from customers, from the market, and the strategy adjusts. Your ICP, your messaging and your packaging stay current because changing them is continuous rather than an annual event.

That is the difference between a strategy that describes your company and one that keeps up with it.

Feedback the moment something moves

The platform is a live loop, not a document you consult twice a year. When something changes, in the market, in your own numbers, in how a segment or a customer behaves, you feed it in and it reads the change against your own data and your stated goals instantly.

What comes back is not another chart to interpret. It is a short, specific answer: what the change means for your commercial architecture, which pillar it touches, and the concrete actions to implement, in priority order. You spend your time deciding, not diagnosing.

Included

What is in it

01

Your report

The Stress Test findings, scores and recommendations, structured rather than sitting in a PDF. You click through pillar by pillar and see what sat behind each score.

02

Guidance and templates

Material for every pillar, with guidance as you fill it in. The point is that nobody sits and stares at an empty document wondering what a good answer looks like.

03

Change the target group or the goal in minutes

Adjust the ICP, a segment or the revenue target, and the platform reworks what follows from it. This is the part that keeps the strategy current rather than historic.

04

Strategy documents on demand

Pull a finished deck or document for the board straight out of the platform, written from what you have put in rather than from a template with your logo on it.

05

Benchmarks

How comparable companies, by size and sector, resolved the same pillar. Useful mostly as a sanity check on whether your answer is unusual for a reason or unusual by accident.

06

A new stress test every year

A full stress test is included annually, and each quarter you can re-test the strategy against what has changed.

What the AI does, and what it does not

It recommends. From what you put in, and from patterns across your industry and market, it suggests the next move: where the ICP should tighten, which message to test, what to update once something has changed. The more you put in, the closer the guidance, the templates and the generated documents get to your company, your segments and your teams. It drafts, it structures, and it keeps the six pillars consistent with each other so that changing the ICP does not leave stale assumptions three pillars downstream.

It does not make the call for you. It can point to which segment looks weakest or which way the price leans, but the final choices depend on things the platform cannot see, and those are yours. What it removes is the blank page and the manual work of keeping everything in step, which is where most of the hours went.
